Mr. Felix Ohiwerei is the former Managing Director/CEO of Nigerian Breweries Plc. He was the pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Council of the University of Ibadan; former Chairman of Unilever Nigeria Plc; former Chairman of Nigerian Breweries Plc and Chairman of Virgin Nigeria. He is the Chairman of the Board of Bankers Warehouse Limited.

Mr. Hammond is a Chartered Accountant and former Chairman/Managing Partner of Akintola Williams Deloitte and Touche. He was also the Chairman of Africa Board of Deloitte and Touche firms. He is served on the boards of UACN and UAC Property Development Company Plc. He is currently the chairman of CCG(Centre for Constitutional Governance) and IMC Limited. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the company

Dr. Kolade was the company Chairman at inception and all earlier meetings of the Company were held at his instance, at the Lagos Business School. He soon left to resume duties as High Commissioner in the United Kingdom and returned to the Board when he relinquished that office.
He is a retired Chief Executive and Chairman of Cadbury Nigeria Plc; A retired Chief Executive of Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation, and has served on the board of many other companies and parastatals. He is currently the Pro-Chancellor of the Lagos Business School and the PAN African University.

Mr. Ola Vincent served as a Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria for several years after serving as Vice President of the African Development Bank for 6 years. He is reputed to be one of the best to have occupied the CBN governor's office.

Prof. Irukwu is the founder and Chairman of Africa Development Insurance Company Limited (ADIC), a professor of Law and distinguished insurance Practitioner. For several years, he served as President of the Nigerian Insurance Institute and the Insurance Association. He was also President of the African Insurance Institute and was largely responsible for the establishment of the Insurance Institute in Liberia.

Alhaji Dangana is a Chartered accountant and founder of Muhtari Dangana & Co. He was Chairman of the National Provident fund (NPF), now Nigerian social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF). He currently runs the accounting practice firm of Muhtari Dangana and company.

Dr. G. A. T. Oboh is immediate past Group Managing Director of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, and current Chairman of Union Bank UK Plc. He serves on several company boards.
